Tihar

Tihar, second important festival after dashain. I think this year is very lucky for me as last year my tihar was boring but this year tihar it was exciting. When we went for shopping there was no crowd. And even in our garden we already had some flower enough for tihar. Then we went for shopping twice. Now without delay let’s talk about my experience.

As I have already wrote that I had a lot of fun in this tihar as in first day of tihar I gave some foods for crows to eat and my good luck that they ate all the things that I gave them. Then that day I also made some garlands for the 

day after as that day was kukur tihar so in second day I also worshipped dogs and I also went to see Ritika’s house and I also put some tika to her dogs as well. Then finally on third day Laxmi puja, I made a rangoli by myself which you can see aside and I think it was the best rangolli I have ever

made and this year I even worshipped goddess laxmi myself. And on fourth day of tihar we went for shopping for vai tika and returned home then in the last day I had to keep the fast and the whole morning me and my mother were preparing foods for our brothers and we both were to tired that day and finally the two major occasion got completed.

But the shocking moment was that when I got to know that school starts from Sunday and I have completed only 5 homeworks among 8 and there are many works to do now.So let’s stop.

Dashain

Dashain, an important as well as the most enjoying festival of Nepal. This year I had a lot of fun as I celebrated this dashain in my village. Me and my sister were only in village on dashain on 24^th of Ashoj. Our parents were in Kathmandu. I missed them but also we had a lot of fun. As my parents were in Kathmandu I wasn’t able to click photo on this dashain. So let me start my experience of dashain this year.

It was an exciting tour to our village. We had a lot of fun. On first day of dashain we left to nagarkot. We enjoyed the sceneries. We even sang and gossiped. That day, was a memorable day of my life as that day there was the clear sky and the scenery were so much beautiful. We reached our destination after 1 hour and 45 minutes. We greet our seniors and relatives. As that day we had got really tired so we took some rest that day.

Similarly on second day, We went to the chowk and ate pani puri and all. Then our remaining days we wasted all by playing cards, gossiping and many more. And, my exciting moment was on that day when I got to know that our parents were coming to take us on fulpati and I was very much excited.

And the day came and when I saw my mom then I was so much happy that I went to hug her that was an amazing and memorable moment for me. But the most exciting moment was that when I saw my maternal uncle with my parents. It was pleasure to see him. Then after in dashami we returned to Kathmandu we reached Kathmandu about 5:30 pm. It was too late. After all this tireness we were finally home. But the most shocking moment was the day after we were going to the village again and when I reached their the fresh air touched to me and I was really happy and I finally returned to Kathmandu on the date of 12^th of Kartik. And in the same way our SQC program was on the way so we had a lot of practices.

So, in this way my dashain went. I had a lot of fun. And in all this first time in my life, I didn’t got time to do the homeworks but I promised myself that I would be completing it before the school. And I even had a lot of fun as well.
